Weight Lifting vs Body Weight Exercises

WARNING to all Weightlifters!

Here you will learn all you need to know to build muscle with purely the use of bodyweight exercises. I believe we all have something worthwhile we can share with each other that will be beneficial to achieving our desired goals. Be it to build muscle, gain strength…whatever your dream goal is.

My purpose over the last year has been to prove to the world that you can actually build a good amount of muscle without weights. I'm sure you know how much talk there is about the limitations of bodyweight exercises and what not. The bodybuilding world must come to know the truth.

When I first started out with bodyweight training, I had one purpose in mind: to pack on as much muscle as I could within a half year target period. Most people thought I was being silly and was wasting my time. "Dude, you need heavy iron if you plan on building muscle" I was told. Many expected me to quit by the second month. But the only thing that happened is that they quit waiting for me to quit. Six months down the line, I was bigger than 90% of the people I knew who worked out in gyms with "heavy iron".

Oh, and just for the record, (for the few who don't know): I have a deformed right arm, with only one finger. And so if any one of you has an excuse of any kind as to why you can't do it, I think I have more than leveled out the playing field for everyone.

So I want you to join me on this great journey that is about to begin as we prove to the bodybuilding world that we can do what they believe cannot be done. Just think about it: The team of "impossibles". We shatter every false limitation and decide just how far we want to go.
