Ab Wheel Review

Is the ab wheel good or bad?

Tired of crunches? Sick of sit-ups? If you are looking for the best way to get a flat hard midsection, you can stop looking.

It is a simple enough idea. You may have seen the Torso Track, Ab Dolly or Ab Slide on the plethora of late night TV infomercials. Well, they are all based on a simple little item that gym rats have been using for years . . . some as crude as a foot long chunk of hockey stick through a plate weight.

It is the Ab Wheel! For under 20 bucks (tax included) you can have the best tool available for sculpting the 6 pack that you want. Then in the privacy of your own home, three times a week, in just 5 to 10 minutes (really I'm not kidding here) you are on your way.

One caveat. . . if you have a lower back problem you should consult your doctor before beginning. One more thing; you can get your abs hard as a rock, but if their still covered by a layer of winter fat they still will not impress anyone at the beach. Keep up with the cardio and watch what you eat!

In my book "The Muscle Experiment" I talk about how I was able to put on a solid 39lbs of solid muscle in less than 6 months with bodyweight training, and exactly how YOU can do it as well. In case you haven't downloaded The Muscle Experiment, I suggest you download it immediately and start implementing the little known techniques. This alone should put you on the road to massive size and strength.

To your success,

Mike Thiga
