No Equipment Workout

No equipment body building workout

If anyone ever told you that you cannot put on muscle without training with weights then they do not know what they are talking about. You may never become a competitive bodybuilder only using your bodyweight to build muscle but you will certainly be able to build more muscle than you have now.

There are many reasons why someone would not want to go to a gym and use weights or machines. These reasons could range from not affording the high gym fees to being too far away or finding yourself always weighting for a machine to use and getting sick of waiting if you train at a busy time.

But whatever the reason might be there is a solution as you can easily get high intensity workout that build muscle by working out at home. It just takes a bit of planning and setting out your training program correctly so that you know what you have achieved.

If you cannot even afford to purchase a cheap door pull-up bar then you should make a plan using a tree branch or a steel pipe that you can suspend somewhere to do chin-up/pull-ups with. This combination will not only be working your back and biceps but will increase your core stretch as well.

It is the same when training your chest as there are countless variations that one can do when doing a push-up. It will take you five minutes of research to find the many different movements that you can do in order to get to the point of failure.

The same can be said for biceps and triceps which may involve a bit of creativity but one thing is certain you will find a movement that is difficult to do even four reps correctly. For example when you feel that you have gone past the intermediate level you can start on plyometrics.

Plyometrics will be explosive movements like clapping push-ups and clapping pull-ups which are all something that will increase the amount of muscle that you carry without lifting weights. The only way to increase your explosive stretch is by increasing the amount of muscle you have.

However if you are just starting out to start training bodyweight exercises at home then you should set out a program that looks like it will work for you. One can even do a split routine where you train your upper body on the one day and your lower body on the next day.

If you plan your workouts correctly you should be able to complete a full intense training session within 45 minutes. Intensity is key to growing muscle and you need to make sure that your workouts at home are disciplined, structured and intense.

In my book "The Muscle Experiment" I talk about how I was able to put on a solid 39lbs of solid muscle in less than 6 months with bodyweight training, and exactly how YOU can do it as well. In case you haven't downloaded The Muscle Experiment, I suggest you download it immediately and start implementing the little known techniques. This alone should put you on the road to massive size and strength.

To your success,

Mike Thiga
