Muscle Ups Video
Combination Pull Up and Dip

Muscle ups combine a vertical pulling motion (pull up) with a vertical pressing motion (similar to a dip)... and is extremely difficult.

Mastery of this exercise is recommended for anyone needing to pull themselves up and over obstacles... like military, police, firemen, etc.

The real difficulty is in the transition between the pull and press.

Obviously, this exercise only works with the pull up grip, with the hands facing away from you.

Make sure to master your pull up and dip performances before attempting this exercise.
