Muscle Building Diet Tips

I receently read an interesting blogpost concerning muscle building diets. The nutritional philosophies match almost exactly with mine. It basically talks about the correct strategies you need to follow if you want to build muscle without getting grossly fat in the process.

The goal of your muscle building diet should be to gain as much QUALITY muscle mass as possible…not just bulk. And in order to achieve that, you need to have the correct diet protocols in place.

In a nutshell, here’s what it says in the post:

1. Consuming clean calories from high quality food will be of WAY more benefit than consuming a ton of junk calories

2. Maintain a consistent diet strategy all year round

3. Find a good quality protein source and consume in plenty

4. Quit the junk food

5. Stop skipping meals

6. Consume foods that your body can tolerate

7. Find a good-quality carb source (oatmeal, whole grain bread etc)

8. Start consuming good fats

You want to get huge? Then stop treating your muscle building diet like any other ordinary diet. Start making the correct choices that will take you from where you currently are to where you want to be.

In my book "The Muscle Experiment" I talk about how I was able to put on a solid 39lbs of solid muscle in less than 6 months with bodyweight training, and exactly how YOU can do it as well. In case you haven't downloaded The Muscle Experiment, I suggest you download it immediately and start implementing the little known techniques. This alone should put you on the road to massive size and strength.

To your success,

Mike Thiga
