How to get a body like a superhero using bodyweight exercises

Do you want a body like a superhero? I know I do!

Many people want to get superhero muscles. The truth is most people would rather be built like Spider-Man, Daredevil, Captain America, Thor, Superman, Batman, etc. rather than The Incredible Hulk (no offence Hulk, please don't smash me).

A superhero body has it all, an athletic looking with wide shoulders, a small waist with all muscles developed (without being overly bulky) and ripped including of course the perfect 6-pack abs.

So how do you get a body like a superhero? What is the best and fastest method?

Would it be bodybuilding with weights?

No, the truth is that most modern bodybuilders and so big and bulky that they couldn't play the hero in a movie, they could only the villain or some monster like the Hulk (opps, I know I'm getting smashed now). This may be due to their use of steroids, growth hormone and other drugs, but it also has a lot to do with the way they workout.

No, weights are not the best way to get muscles like a superhero, I know I tried for years working out with weights and couldn't add any real muscle to my skinny body.

It wasn't until I starting using bodyweight exercises that I got results and I was shocked to see how fast those results came.

Here is a sample superhero workout routine you can try using bodyweight only exercises:

For chest and triceps do push-ups.

For back and biceps do chin-ups.

For shoulders do handstand push-ups.

For legs do deep knee bends and calf raises.

And for abs do crunches and hanging leg raises.
