Brooks Kubik Dinosaur Bodyweight Training Review

Brooks Kubik the author of "Dinosaur Training: Lost Secrets of Strength and Development" has now released a new book on bodyweight workouts called "Dinosaur Bodyweight Training" it talks about the way to increase your functional muscle and how to increase your core strength.

In this manual which is now an eBook he says there are over 500 different and effective bodyweight exercises. Just one of the many different bodyweight exercises that he does is doing a stretched pushup with your hands on a medicine ball or on a rock that is far in front of you. Doing this puts enormous strain on your central core strength which is what it designed to increase.

But the truth is there are only so many effective bodyweight exercises, so 500 can only be simple variations on a handful of effective exercises. When looking at these bodyweight exercises it is usually just common sense that one can actually isolate all the body parts that you want to train.

Also Brooks Kubik for years has promoted heavy weightlifting to build muscle and strength and I think he's just jumping on the bodyweight band wagon to have another book to sell, I don't see how he really believes in it, as he's never mentioned it before.

I, on the other hand, have only used bodyweight training to build my physique and do not recommend or sell any weightlifting books.

Rather then get Dinosaur Bodyweight Training I recommend you get my book "The Muscle Experiment" in which I talk about how I was able to put on a solid 39lbs of solid muscle in less than 6 months with bodyweight training, and exactly how YOU can do it as well. In case you haven't downloaded The Muscle Experiment, I suggest you download it immediately and start implementing the little known techniques. This alone should put you on the road to massive size and strength.
