Hi Mike,

I appreciate the body weight workout plan because it saves me money at the gym and time on the road. I can workout at my office at the end of the day or at home at my own time schedule. Plus, I get to take my own gym with me wherever I go.

My schedule has become a busy one, traveling between jobs and sites, long hours in my business and training for a new self-employed career on the side. That left very little time for getting to the gym like I used to. It also made for poor personal time schedules and almost no real personal routine. A few years ago, making time for working out and keeping fit was not a problem because I got a long break in the middle of the day. With increased responsibilities at work, that private time was cut down and grew inconsistent which is also what happened to my workouts. They eventually stopped completely. I then started putting back on the pounds of fat that I had worked to remove and keep off for a long time. Getting older (past 45) didn't help matters any since time was not on my side in any aspect. So now I can workout in the morning, or in the evening at my own home and my own pace. I don't have to spend the time traveling to the gym unless I want to and when I get there, don't have to wait for machines since most of the time the stuff I want isn't being used!

I am not where I would like to be as yet, but that will come in time and personal investment in me. Thanks for the opportunity.
